Prince George Parks and Recreation is offering an Introduction to Pickleball Course - Adult 55+. The course is available to everyone aged 55 and older. Instruction will be provided on knowledge, rules, and basic fundamentals of Pickleball. The instructor is Larry Heidorn; there will be other instructors on site.

The Pickleball Course will occur Wednesday evenings from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM, from April 8 - 29, 2026, at Central Wellness Center Indoor Pickleball Courts (11023 Prince George Dr., Disputanta, VA 23842).
Registration will occur March 2 – April 3, 2026, (unless filled prior). This activity is limited to 20 participants. The fee is $15 per participant.
Pickleballs and paddles will be provided during instruction. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes/sneakers.
