Aerobic moves and dance grooves to upbeat, motivational, inspiring, and fun music!

Classes will be held Monday nights from 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM for 5 weeks beginning August 24, 2026. The last class of this session will be September 28, 2026. THERE IS NO CLASS ON SEPTEMBER 7, 2026 DUE TO LABOR DAY HOLIDAY.

Cardio Groove will be held at the Prince George Community Center (11100 Old Stage Road Prince George, VA 23875). Registration is available until August 21,2026, at 5 PM (unless filled). Cost is $25 per participant.
