Description

This is part 2 of a 2-part class and provides 3 hours of Commissioner Rules. In this session we will focus on marketing, servicing the listing and negotiating offers. Then will will review from contract to closing. We will cover several commissioner rules/administrative code and touch upon a few legal issues, and the code of ethics as they relate to representing a seller.
