The Winter theme is "Chillax." The mindfulness activities in this session will help your child relax, quickly calming the body and mind to reduce stressful situations and experiences. Teaching children strategies to relax can be helpful in a variety of situations, from daily stressors at school to difficulty falling asleep at night. The Mixed Level class is mix of level one and level two poses. It offers a challenge to the brain and body and is a good class to prepare for advanced aerial yoga classes. Sessions are taught by Dr. Tracy, founder of Mindful Child Aerial Yoga and we only allow a small number children in each class for optimal support and learning.
