This live online class for older adults features stretches and movements linked to the breath, inspired by yoga, and done some while seated, and some while standing (optional) with hands on the chair. This class is accessible to most fitness and ability levels and can build mobility, balance, strength and flexibility.
Pay What You Can
We understand that our activity fees may be a barrier to participation for some members of our community. If you are unable to pay the full fee amount, you may use the discount feature at check-out to pay what you can. You may use the discount feature multiple times.

Third Party Application:
Once you have registered for the class, a separate email will be sent no later than 24 before the first class to the email account we have for you in ActiveNet. This email will include technical support contacts, links to virtual classrooms and passwords if necessary, as well as information on the usage of the online classroom for your class.
