Would you like to release your fear of falling down? Better Balance Yoga will boost your confidence to maintain your balance no matter where you are! We will explore the five principles and seven postures required for good balance. We will learn how to "adjust the wobble" and realize where we are weak so we can grow strong and confident- together! Pamela Sery of Delightful Yoga will be your guide for this fun and invigorating series.
Please note, there will be no class on Thursday, February 23rd, Tuesday, February 28th and Thursday, March 2nd.
