-This swim team conditioning class, will be for youth ages 6-16 who have completed PPR's Sea Lion swim lesson level, or higher. Swimmers will do stretching toning and calisthenics in the park areas adjacent to the pools, while following distancing and mask wearing guidelines. In the pools, swimmers will receive instruction in each of the four competitive strokes (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Freestyle), dives, and turns.
Blue Makos participants will be doing 30 min stretches and land exercises before transitioning to their 30 min pool session. Please bring shoes and wear layers (shirt, shorts) over swimsuit attire, a towel (or yoga mat) and water bottle.
