Through local, culturally-specific grocery stores and tastings, discover diverse foods and traditions by connecting with natives from all over the globe. Participants gain confidence in exploring an array of ingredients and environments building confidence to cook differently, while expanding culinary horizons. Engage with diverse communities in Portland through intercultural dialogue and recipes. Experience the world, one grocery aisle at a time. Classes will be located at various stores in the Portland area. Restaurant fees are not included in the course fee.
