Description

Surfers: (9-13 Years)

The focus of this level is to improve stroke techniques and transitions while focusing on fun in sport.
Athletes must be able to swim 100m (4 lengths of the pool) with proper front crawl nonstop & tread water for 2 minutes. To enter this level athletes 9 & 10 years of age need to have coaches recommendations from participating in the Sea Horse program to progress to the Surfer level.
