Ready to take your swimming to the next level? Aquatic Leadership Foundations is an exciting program designed for swimmers who want to build confidence, improve water safety skills, and discover the fast-paced world of lifesaving sport. Participants will challenge themselves through swimming, fitness, teamwork, rescue scenarios, and fun lifesaving sport activities while developing skills from the Bronze Star and Bronze Medallion programs.
Throughout the session, swimmers will learn how to keep themselves and others safe around water, strengthen their swimming ability and endurance, and gain valuable leadership and problem-solving skills. Participants will also be introduced to lifesaving sport events, giving them the opportunity to experience the skills and excitement used by lifeguards and competitive lifesaving athletes.
