Description

Preschool Prep (3 to 5 years): Swimmers and caregivers work with an instructor to promote and improve independence in the water, with the goal to have caregivers out of the water by the end of session. An ideal lesson for those who have aged out of Tots 3 and are not quite ready to be alone in the pool. Children learn to Float, Glide and Kick providing crucial building blocks for water comfort and stroke development. Swimmers will work towards a 1-meter unassisted swim.
