SSLC Competitive Squad is the next step for SSLC athletes wanting to take a serious step into training Lifesaving Sport. This program is for young athletes ready to commit to training on a regular basis both in the pool and doing dry land and run workouts on their own. Athletes will be looking at swimming 12 to 15 km per week and focusing on getting stronger and faster in both their swimming and transitions.
