Description
This form of fitness emphasizes sequences of movement, breathing, coordination, balance and self-control. Breathing techniques combined with Tai Chi principles circulate energy throughout the body. Strongly recommend that a full set of Beginner Tai Chi is completed before attending Intermediate Tai Chi.
