Enjoy a Pre-Registered Public Skate at the new Port Coquitlam Community Centre!
Pre-Registered Drop-in Information:A “hybrid model” is in place for recreation program admissions. This allows participants to continue to book time slots in advance for pre-registered drop-in programs including Public Skates, as well as drop in if spots are still available.
General Drop-in / Sign Up Guidelines:
*Note: Vaccination (PoV) required for:

• 12yrs + 1 dose
• 13yrs+ 2 doses
• 19yrs + PoV for 2 doses and government photo ID

• Accounts required for all pre-registered drop-in programs and can be created at portcoquitlam.ca/register
  
• Registration for pre-registered drop-in programs open one week in advance at 8 am
• Register Tot (0 to 4yrs) and Super Senior (80+yrs)
• Rentals can be purchased at time of registration
• Registrations are non-transferable
• Participants may withdraw from a drop-in activity 24 hours prior to start time
• Cancellations can be made online (min 24 hours notice required), by phone at 604.927.PLAY (7529) or email recreation@portcoquitlam.ca
• No shows will be charged the single admission rate
• Participants must be 8yrs and older to skate on their own

Public Skate Check-in process:Pre-Registered Drop-in Participants1. Pre-Registered customer with their own equipment check in with Attendant at Arena 3 entrance2. Pre-Registered and pre-paid rental customers proceed directly to skate shop3. Check in with Attendant at Arena 3 entrance after equipment is on
Day of Drop-in Participants1. Check in at Arena Reception to see if spots are still available (max. 125 participants)2. Sign in at Arena Reception will open 15 mins prior to skate start time

Equipment tips:

• Bike helmets not made for ice and therefore not permitted
• Children 11yrs and under require hockey or snowboarding helmet
• Skates required to participate, ice cleats not permitted
• Personal skating aids not permitted, 20 city supplied available
• Wheelchair and strollers permitted
