A functional cross training format that boosts balance, coordination, flexibility, core strength, cardiovascular and muscular endurance for the whole body. Classes feature Yoga poses and flow sequences connected to breath with a fusion of barre fitness that combines ballet-inspired movement, strength conditioning techniques of variable intensity and velocity (low-impact cardio). Each class will also close with core-strengthening floor work.
Drop-in/Punch card allowed.
