This exercise class provides an opportunity for class members to participate in a Tai Chi group practice. Class begins with a brief warm-up exercise followed by different Tai Chi forms including 24 and 48 forms. Also included in the program are Tai Chi fan and sword routines. While this class benefits most those with prior Tai Chi experience, those interested but without prior experience are welcome to join the class and follow the group practice.
