Description

Students will learn base running and sliding techniques, proper hitting stance, follow through and level swinging off the tee, as well as begin hitting from a pitch by the coach. Students will also work on proper throwing and catching motions.

Equipment is provided. Come dressed in athletic clothing and closed toe shoes.
