Description
Join a personal trainer to learn proper use of cardio and weight machines. This class covers warm-ups, maintaining proper form, goal setting, and selecting weights and reps. Create an effective workout plan that empowers you to exercise independently.
Additional Information This is a 2 week class.First week is upper body.Second week is lower body.Students required to bring notebook and pen.
This is a two-week class. First class focuses on upper body machines, second class will be focusing on leg machines.
