Dance fitness routines set to Latin, contemporary and international rhythms. Different modalities will be used to help boost cardiovascular endurance, muscular conditioning, balance and coordination.

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
