Ages 18+

Basis to Intermediate mat classes are intended for participants who meet at least two of the following criteria: familiarity with Pilates fundamentals, the ability to safely perform basic mat exercises, or completion of at least two seasons of the previous Pilates Mat classes with Plainsboro recreation.

Please note: All paid programs and activities are subject to a $2.75 fee when registering in-person. We only accept cash or check for in-person registrations. When registering online all paid programs and activities are subject to a convenience fee of 5.82% and is non-refundable.
