Ages 13+

Enjoy a gentle stretch and stroll out in nature! We will begin each class with a gentle seated stretch and then head to the trails to take a mindful walk. This program will take place at the Plainsboro Preserve and Bulk Farm locations, with the first class held at the Preserve. Registered participants will then be notified where to meet for following class sessions.
Be sure to bring a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes and shoes for hiking.
