Description

Ages 8-12

Instructional class to teach kids the basics of Badminton. Basic strokes (including proper grip, swinging of racket, follow through, the use of wrist/arm/shoulder/hip and shoulder movements, racket and shuttlecock point of contact, how to serve and receive serve). Shuttlecocks and nets will be provided.
Participants must bring their own rackets.
