This tumbling class is for students who have mastered basic skills and focuses on mastering the back handspring and other more advanced techniques like back and front walkovers, cartwheels, round-offs, and handspring variations. The goal is to build strength, flexibility, and coordination to transition to more complex skills like connecting skills and eventually, advanced tumbling.
