StayStrong is an opportunity for graduates of Livestrong & other cancer survivors, to maintain and improve their overall state of wellness. This group exercise class is for all levels and instructed by a certified Livestrong Coach. TRX Circuit is an effective total body workout using TRX Straps that helps build strength & endurance.
