Both Beginners and advanced students are welcome. This class teaches a combination of postures(asanas) that connect breath with movement (vinyasa) creating strength, balance and flexibility in body and mind. Over time, we will explore the differences of yang and yin yoga as well as how together they balance our practice. Students will also learn about energy flow, proper alignment, breath work and meditation. You will leave the class refreshed and relaxed, finding a greater level of peace both physically and emotionally.
