This class focuses on posture and core strength through various yoga movements (seated, standing, kneeling, weight bearing) to work on building strength, mobility, and balance. Children 10 and up are welcome with a parent/guardian. Please bring a yoga mat. Can pre-pay for 5 or 10 classes or pay per drop-in class.
