Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Participants will learn and perform the modified yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated positions. Perfect for all levels, chair yoga is a great way of relaxation from head-to-toe without the stress of getting out of your chair.
