Yoga Storytime Program Description:

  • Who’s it for? Children birth to five years old and their favorite grownups
  • What will you do? You and your child will share simple yoga poses, book, stories, songs, and rhymes in a fun, interactive program.
  • What will we learn? Learn how yoga and movement can help you and your child practice early literacy skills and learn social-emotional skills.
  • Supplies Needed: a towel or yoga mat per attendee

Support for early literacy programs is provided by a grant from First Things First, which partners with families and communities to give all Arizona children the opportunity to arrive at kindergarten healthy and ready to succeed. Learn more at FirstThingsFirst.org #pplstorytime #yogastorytime
