This is a recreational flag football clinic for girls 13 to 15 years old. This clinic will introduce them to the fundamentals of flag football. Participants go through several skills and drill including passing, ball handling, running routs and flag pulling. Also, warm-up exercises, and an agility obstacle course. If time permits, there will be a fun scrimmage game to showcase what they have learned.

Please bring your child a water bottle to the clinic. Tennis shoes or cleats are allowed.

Volunteer coaches are welcome, and this is a good opportunity to observe how to set-up practices and conducting drills. To volunteer please call 602-534-1978 or email encanto.rose.youthsports@phoenix.gov.
