Come and join Pecos Community Center's Barre class! This is a low impact, full-body workout designed for students of all levels. This class blends elements of yoga, Pilates, ballet, and strength training with focus on small, controlled movements to tone muscles, improve posture, and build balance and stability. Use of small props such as hand weights, a Pilates ball or a loop band may be incorporated. Each class is different, offering modifications to adjust intensity level and active stretching to assist with enhanced flexibility. No dance experience is needed, just come ready to move and feel strong!
