These classes will address the main issues and concerns that women are coping with in these challenging times. Blending Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, as well as yoga therapy & research, we will explore bone density, diet/nutrition, pelvic floor health, athleticism, self care, mental & cognitive support and so much more.
