Go beyond the poses with certified yoga instructor, Deb Maxwell. Discover traditional body postures, movement and mindfulness using disciplines of yin, hatha and kundalini yoga. In these 8 sessions, Deb will use enlivening exercises, uplifting breathwork, and the incredible magic of mantra and meditation to explore energy centres and our inner vitality. This is yoga for anybody and anyBODY, no previous experience with yoga or meditation is necessary.
