Are you an older adult who is looking for support to get physically active? Join us for this free information session to learn all about the Choose To Move program. Participants must attend the information session in order to be eligible to register for Choose To Move.
Please note: this is an introductory program geared towards first timers, priority registration will be given to those who have not yet participated in the Choose To Move Program.
