Description
This class will build upon the Krav Maga: Fundamentals class by providing further knowledge of how to defend yourself and loved ones in a supportive and fun environment. The class will focus on learning how to defend attacks from all angles, using common objects to defend yourself, defending some knife attacks and some stick attacks.
The class will consist of a warmup, striking practice and learning techniques. The class will finish with a stress drill.
This class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays at Centennial Park.
Pre-Requisite: Krav Maga: Fundamental class
Please wear workout clothing and groin protection.
