Description

Shoring Ryu Weapons Class, Kubudo, is a special class offered to both our students and the general public. Current students pay $25/mo. General Public is $80.

Weapons covered include the Bo, Tonfa, Sai, Nunchaku, Kama, and Kai. Weapons are a great way to improve ones karate and learn flow while delving into the past historic use of traditional Okinawan implements with a martial emphasis. No past martial arts experience is required; instruction will be geared to the persons present.

For our own students, we ask that they be of yellow belt rank in Karate.

Here in we will introduce and instruct students in our 13 Shorin Ryu Weapons Katas and their self-defense techniques.

This class is offered Thursday Evenings from 6:30 until 8PM.

Class fee for non karate students is $80 a month. There is also an Annual Fee of $50 per family, paid to Shorin Ryu Karate and passed to either Ted or Arnold, the two head instructors.
