Thriving Through Perimenopause is a 90-minute interactive workshop that helps women better understand the physical, mental, and emotional changes of perimenopause and what’s happening in their bodies. Participants will learn simple, science-based strategies, gain clarity on where they need support, and leave with practical next steps to feel more in control of their health.
