Description

Lift for Life Powerlifting for Livestrong at the YMCA: The YMCA Powerlifting Event is a competitive strength sport that will give individuals the opportunity to lift the maximum weight possible in three events: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Results of lifts are scored by using the DOTS calculator. This year, all funds raised will benefit Livestrong at the YMCA, a program for cancer thrivers.
