We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, April 6, 2024.
Join us for one of these exercise classes or all three and help support of the YMCA's many causes including swim lessons for children, LIVESTRONG at the Y - a strength and conditioning program to cancer survivors, and the Challenger Program for children and young adults with special needs.
