Designed for adults and teens who have a grasp on the fundamentals of swimming (ex. floating, kicking, breath control, arm and leg movements). (1:6)
Level of Instruction: Intermediate. Participants have experience with basic swimming fundamentals.
- This class will focus on improving basic swimming techniques and endurance in the water.
Instructor: This class is taught by an American Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructor.
Registration Instructions: At the end of each swimming lesson session, participants will receive a progress report. This progress report will indicate which level to register for next, as well as skills that were accomplished and skills that need improvement.
