Start your journey with delicious, heart-healthy habits! Discover simple recipes and smart eating strategies that help lower blood pressure, improve cholesterol, and energize your life. This class will show you how food can be both healing and joyful.
February 9: Peace Within: Stress Management for a Healthy Heart
Your heart beats to the rhythm of your lifestyle. Learn breathing techniques, grounding exercises, and daily rituals to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and cultivate peace in your body and mind. You'll leave with tools you can use anywhere, anytime.
February 16: Speak Your Heart: Expression & Social Support
Connection is a key to heart health. Explore how self-expression and supportive relationships protect your cardiovascular system. We'll reflect, share, and learn how your voice and your circle can uplift your overall wellbeing.
February 23: Move with Love: Joyful Movement for Cardiovascular Fitness
Wrap up the series with movement that feels good! We'll try out fun, low impact ways to boost heart health from chair exercises to rhythm and stretch. No matter your age or fitness level, you'll leave feeling stronger and more alive.
