This Continuing Education course provides Activity Directors and long-term care staff with practical ideas and approaches for creating meaningful activities beyond the traditional bingo-style program. The course is designed to help participants better understand person-centered activity planning, resident choice, engagement, creativity, and quality of life within long-term care settings. Participants will explore ways to offer activities that are purposeful, enjoyable, and better matched to residents’ interests, abilities, and needs.
