This three-week workshop provides an incredible experience with Taijiquan, aka Tai Chi. Deeply interconnected with Daosim, Tai Chi serves as a dynamic form of meditation and exercise, promoting a holistic approach to physical/mental health. Students will learn Tai Chi Fan Dance, as well. Tai Chi Fan is not a graded course for credit, and it can be taken concurrently with any online class. In addition, students may enroll in multiple workshops if the dates/times do not conflict. Instructor & Location: Ms. Wei – PVHS Room 413 & Campus Lawn Prerequisite: Grades 9-12
