Description

Join us as CASI (Chili Appreciation Society International) and our local cooks come together to compete for prizes and points that will take them to their National Competitions. Cook-off competition includes red chili and traditional style. The cooks start at 9:00 am preparing batches of homemade chili for judging and for You to Taste! Tasting begins at 1:15 pm. Registration is required for all cooks.
