We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
Dance can increase your child's flexibility, range of motion, physical strength and stamina. The repetitive movements involved in dance can improve muscle tone, correct poor posture and more.
Please note that refunds will no longer be processed three days before the second class date.
What to expect when participating in City of Palmdale activities:
- Rain or inclement weather may result in class cancellation
- First day of class participants may wear free moving, comfortable clothing and shoes.
- Bring your own water bottle
- Do not share exercise equipment between participants.
