Masters Swim is a year round program that is designed for adults of all ages and for swimmers who want to improve their overall fitness, develop better technique, train for a triathlon, or are just attracted to the water.

The goal of the program is to promote physical fitness through swimming. Our coach will help improve stroke technique both to avoid injury and to improve performance.

Prerequisites:

Participants must be able to swim 500 yards of the freestyle stroke without rest.

What Do I Need:

Participants must wear bathing suits. Goggles and swim caps are also recommended.
