We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Monday, January 30, 2023.
You can walk, run, or even roll in one of our sport wheelchairs as we get our bodies moving again in civic center park. As the weather cools down we will work on technical running skills, endurance, and of course, have LOTS of fun!
This is a test class and may extend through the winter while we can enjoy the outdoor weather!
Contact Kendra or Colleen, 760.834.9597, if a sport chair is needed for participation.
Program takes place OUTDOORS, dress for the weather and bring a water bottle with you. We will meet in the lobby of the community center.
FREE WITH AN ADAPTIVE PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP
Adaptive/Therapeutic programs are designed for individuals with special needs and disabilities. Participant's family members are encouraged to attend programs to provide positive reinforcement and support when needed.
An additional information form must be completed, in addition to the standard waiver, prior to the class start date. The paperwork is located below this section and can be downloaded and completed.
