Description
A continuously moving sequence of controlled movements, which can be used to improve balance, flexibility, cardiovascular health, and physical control. Research studies show Tai Chi improves fall prevention and psychological health. There are different approaches to the practice of Tai Chi from a purely physical exercise to a complete spiritual discipline. Advanced Beginner and Intermediate levels require consent of the instructor prior to enrollment.
