One of the newest state parks in New Hampshire is a great spot for your next cabin camping trip. Each of the five cabins can fit up to six people, and offers stunning views of the diverse landscape, with forests, mountains and a lake. The cabins at this state park are actually yurts, but they serve the same purpose. These "cabins" are tucked into private campsites, with lush trees on either side. Inside, there's a bunk bed and two futons, all of which can sleep six people. At sunset, head to the fire tower to see expansive views of Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and Canada.

This state park provides five comfortable cabin rentals and is known for its many outdoor activities. Relax on the sandy beach or hike 2.4 miles to the 908-foot summit of South Mountain. Other trails include the Fundy Pond Trail, which follows along the marsh, or the Boulder Field Trail, which weaves through a field where large boulders have been left behind as a result of glacial deposits. With plenty to do, you won't be spending much of your New Hampshire vacation inside.
