Ground Beef Lollipops

Ingredients
1-pound ground beef
1 tbsp. dried onion bits
1/2 tsp. each salt, pepper
2 tbsp. ketchup
4 or more wooden sticks (for the handle)
1 egg, beaten
About 1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp. vegetable oil (more if needed)

Mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and ketchup in a bowl. Form the mix into balls tightly around the sticks, leaving room for the handle. Put crumbs on a plate, beat the egg and dip your lollipops; first in the egg and then in crumbs. Heat your oil in a nonstick pan and fry the lollipops until they're crispy and brown on all sides. Be sure the meat tests 160 degrees before taking them out.
