Enjoy an invigorating morning stretch while overlooking the tranquil Fox River, then walk up to the Oswego Country Market where you can shop from local farmers and small businesses. Please bring a mat to class. All participants must register and have a waiver on file. Bringing a yoga mat or towel is encouraged but not required. (SM)
